Sarah Baar, LMT is a Sarasota native dedicated to promoting well-being through the healing art of therapeutic massage.  After earning a B.A. in English Literature from FSU and living around the country having various adventures, she heeded the call of the healing arts and returned to her home. She left her corporate Project Manager gig in New York City and hasn't looked back since. 

A graduate from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, she has been practicing locally since the beginning of 2012, and opened her own practice, SaraBella's Massage Therapy, in July of 2013. 

The Sarasota School of Massage Therapy provided her with the skills and best practice tools necessary to take her passion for helping others to a new level.  This reawakened curiosity and thirst for learning is a gift she continues to share with her students as a teacher of Swedish Massage.

Sarah applies a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Cranial-sacral, and Thai massage techniques into a uniquely choreographed healing experience that caters specifically to your body and its needs.  She views the body as a living, breathing, precious work of art.
